Eisenzahn 1 building

Situated in Berlin’s Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf neighborhood, Eisenzahn 1 will redefine a standard of refinement in Berlin for its extraordinary craftsmanship, technical engineering and elegant style. Designed by Sebastian Treese Architekten, Ralf Schmitz’s exclusive residential architect, the property is inspired by the exquisite boulevards of Paris. Eisenzahn 1 features a contemporary palatial façade, with pilasters and cornices reminiscent of the style which originally flourished in Berlin’s dignified Charlottenburg district.

Eisenzahn 1 will house 12 exceptional residences, including one expansive full-floor penthouse with a private rooftop terrace. Each of the twelve homes is handcrafted in every detail. The flowing layouts and generous floor plans echo the elegant proportions of the grand-homes once prevalent around Kurfürstendamm, but with subtle refinements tailored to contemporary lifestyles.

Bottega Veneta

Eisenzahn 1 is Bottega Veneta’s first residential design project. Creative Director Tomas Maier designed the building’s lobby, common areas and showroom apartment using furniture, textiles and accessories drawn from the brand’s home collections. Mr. Maier also handpicked the wall colors, flooring, cabinetry, appliances and artwork to fully realize his vision for each space. The result is a distinctive, sophisticated interior that reflects Bottega Veneta’s timeless aesthetic and commitment to quality.

A 63 sq m grand lobby, designed by Bottega Veneta, connects the entrance to the back garden. A 35 sq m loggia, also designed by Bottega Veneta, overlooks the private garden, Parisian fountain and treillage portique. On-site below-ground private parking and individual storage areas are among many features that lend a contemporary level of convenience and comfort to all residents.
